SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Our products are shipped and packed with great care and currently do not accept returns due to the one-of-a-kind nature to most of our products. We're not responsible for any loss or damage while a product is shipped via USPS but if there is significant damage to a product, please email us with clear photos of the damage to the product and shipping box for a replacement request and confirmation BEFORE returning the item: hello@analognewyork.com
If your replacement is approved, we will notify you to return ship the product back to us. Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement and share a new tracking info.
SHIPPING (domestic & international)
You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs once replacement request has been accepted. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend USPS Media Mail as the cheapest option for shipping books. We are not responsible for any International customs fees upon package receipt at destination countries.
